Tropical climate change and coral-reef ecosystems with Diane Thompson
As global temperatures rise to unprecedented levels, scientists are looking under the ocean surface for clues about what the future holds. Join us on August 20th for a social hosted by special guest Diane Thompson, postdoctoral fellow at the National Center for Atmospheric Research. Diane has spent her career studying coral and how it relates to climate change; she will be presenting on tropical climate change and its implications on the resilience of coral reef ecosystems.
